*think things through, rather than react. Calculate and assess the situation. What can be done? What can we assert? And what conclusion can we get to at the moment?
*think about breathing with stomach when in social situations. (Outside too)
*eat better. Healthier and more diverse.
*take “down moments” better. Sometimes, you’re just a little sad, or you forget appointments.
*see things through. Don’t give up on things.
*don’t panic at the first sign of “weakness” (for lack of a better word) (ei: stumble, head feeling weird. Body feeling twitchy, etc).
*don’t follow negative content.
*use internet less and let the brain breathe more. (Underscored a few times!!!!)
*do more hobbies. Programming, gaming, baking, etc.
*train more. Running and what not.
*chat with people! Talk more to people. This is very important.
*stop eating directly after sleep.
*take a nightly walk about an hour earlier than before.
*no TV sleeping.

*care more about appearance.
*resist impulsive urges more. Does not exclude occasional splurging.
*try new things more often. Go beyond your own comfort zone a little now and then. Be more bold. Don’t let the stress dictate how you act. Be above it. It might hurt on the way up, but every mountain has a top. Even the iciest and rockiest of mountains. Eventually, you reach the top.
*be open about my transsexuality to my mom.
